Good location, friendly staff. Food was great.

Wish they had enough staff to have been able to get true room service rather than going down to grab it, but the staff were very kind and accommodating to help pkg it up so it carried easier.

It's a good Hotel. Staff was nice and helpful, the room was very big, maybe because I was in a special mobility room, but everything was clean, the bedroom was comfortable with good pillows and large workstation.

We parked directly on the 4 floors parking and to enter on the hotel thru the parking you need an access key, we called and they opened the door, but the elevator needs key to go to lobby, so we were lucky that there was a guest with us, so he took us to the lobby. And they lost my reservation, because at the end I had to stay on special mobility room, on the first flow.

We chose this hotel because we were going to a concert at Intrust. Love the location because you can walk to the event. We have stayed here before but were disappointed with the street noise. Decided to try a room with no windows. I didn’t think I would like it or that I would feel claustrophobic but it was fine! Would gladly do it again-so quiet! The rooms are a nice size and very clean. The bathroom is small but adequate. We did not use the pool but went upstairs to look at it. Was hard to find but a maid showed us where to go-a different elevator. The pool area is beautiful! Definitely one of a kind in Wichita!
