Il servizio ristorante è qualitativamente e quantitamente scarso
ITLa struttura molto carina, ben curata. Il posto è molto isolato, la strada per arrivare e più tosto stretta. L'atmosfera è pacifica, un silenzio piacevole e vista stupenda. Peccato che la SPA è gestita dai esterni e non siamo riusciti a usufruire di questo servizio. Si consiglia di prenotare con anticipo.
Abbiamo acquistato il soggiorno compreso di cena. Peccato che al momento di check out ci hanno fatto pagare "extra ristorante" cioè il vino ( e fin qui ci sta) e l'antipasto dicendo che non era compreso. Nessuno ci ha spiegato però che la cena significava solo "primo e secondo", anche perché abbiamo trovato sul tavolo della cena ( assegnato) il menu completo senza alcun prezzo dall' antipasto al dolce. Questa poca chiarezza nella gestione di servizi aggiuntivi ci è dispiaciuta. L'abbiamo fatto notare al personale questo particolare ma nonostante l'intervento del direttore abbiamo dovuto pagare. Speriamo soltanto che in futuro saranno più chiari con gli ospiti i quali non dovranno trovarsi "spese extra" da pagare senza preavviso.
