Hotel is beautiful stylish and elegant. Quiet and calm One thing I would say which is is just a language barrier if your from uk receptionist asked for a voucher when we checked in we were panicking and stressed as love holidays did not send us one after 15 mins realised it’s the booking confirmation she wanted we thought it was a voucher. Stay was perfect loved it and would go back

the AC in our room didn’t really work and it was never fixed during our stay

Die Unterkunft ist toll und wie beschrieben. Die Zimmer sind sehr süß und gemütlich. Wir hatte eine Suite im obersten Stock. Im hotel ist viel los, aber am Pool immer eine liege frei. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher und die Geräte im Zimmer sind ein bisschen älter. Trotzdem ein sehr tolles hotel.

We couldn't stay in romeos and few days before our trip they re booked us in a different hotel from the group, since they're themed hotels we chose Romeo's for a reason so we were bummed when we could not stay there. They provided a bigger room and included breakfast in the new location, which was a nice appreciated gesture, but still was not the place we wanted to stay.
