The superior room worth 5,280 per night were not cleaned properly, floors of two rooms were wet and are kind of sticky. Glass bathroom door of the room we stayed at was see through, no curtains were provided even after bringing it up to the front desk so we had to improvise. Extra beds, toiletries and towels werent prepared in advance. The quality of the extra bed provided was disappointing. The hotel charges P1000 for each additional person, we paid additional 8,000 pesos and 2 people need to share a bed (bed they provided was low quality, you can practically buy 3 of those for the amount the hotel charges). We paid P 42,000 for a night of disappointment. Hotel facilities were mostly unoperational and the pool so dirty we didnt even consider jumping in. The hotel is also so short staffed that we needed to help them out with deploying the beds and the toilet necessities so we can go ahead with the rest of our day and rest. Even though we arrived in the morning for every room to be prepared we come back after our tour at 6pm, we have also settled all the extra persons, but to our surprise, nothing was prepared and we spent more than 3 hours just to finish the check in process and for the rooms to be prepared. Restaurant food was bland, consider dining somewhere else. Definitely not worth booking, you can find lots of other better accomodations for the same or cheaper price.

Got food poisoning from the hotel resturant on the first night ended up spending all evening/ the next day violently sick/ diorreah. I was not given a refund on the meal or an offer of cool water/ more toilet paper etc. Bin not changed in room. Ants+++ in room. All facilities very tired, paint peeling. Only 3 sun loungers. Said beach access… no beach just rocky steps down into sea. Stayed in hostels most of our trip and this was meant to be a treat in a hotel… it was anything but. Needed to walk 5km to find restaurants. Very disappointing stay.

The bed setup was misleading. I booked two rooms, each with two queen beds, expecting them to accommodate four people per room. Upon arrival, I was told each room only accommodates two people and was asked to pay extra. The rooms were spacious and the beds were large, so this policy felt unreasonable.
