How the room had no microwave and was hella dirty. The sheets and bed were dirty, had food crumbs in the bed and hole in the wall.

USThat our bead room was up stairs and the people who attended us fast and easy.
Loud people next door all night long and morning as well, white satins on the bed by previous people, our room 214 was extremely hot for no reason we had the air going all night.

The pool having grass and dirt no water, the shower tile was half cleaned, fridge dirty and the microwave dirty also.

USThe manager was rude. My uncle actually stayed. I booked the room and my uncle was in the car, the manager asked for both of our id's which was fine. But another uncle came to visit and payed for another night. The manager asked for their ID as well even though the paid in cash. Seemed like overkill.
When my uncle asked the manager for so.ething he was asked if he was staying there. He has a copy of his ID and for each day after taste he was asked if he was staying there. And it clearly says on the night check in window $10 for a lost key. The manager tried to charge $20. When I first checked my uncle in he wouldn't let me in the door but my uncles wife who looks white he opened the door for her to pay the additional day.

The manager of the hotel is one of the most disrespectful persons I have ever had to endure. He went out of his way to personally insult my intelligence, my girlfriend, my character and my religion constantly, singling us out to the point that he would turn away any visitors by physically blocking the only driveway in and out, and threatening to call the police and force us to leave for any and everything. Once just for choosing to prepay through booking.com we were threatened with police and ridiculed for being "stupid, immoral, and white". Fearing it would only get worse, I made arrangements at another establishment, and when I checked out, even though there was no problem with the room, the deposit was kept, and I was told that i never gave a deposit. Every room requires a deposit. But the hotel has the only paperwork, so instead of fighting it, I decided to cut my losses and forget about. Worst hotel experience EVER. Customer service 0/10 I don't think I could get this man fired, or arrested, but someone needs to do something.
