Tutto. L'appartamento è in posizione centrale, vicino alla fermata dell'autobus e ai parcheggi. E' bellissimo, pulito e dotato di tutto. Al primo piano, con ascensore. Pur essendo in zona centralissima è silenzioso. I letti sono comodi. E' in zona ZTL ma l'host, se è previsto l'arrivo o la partenza in orario ZTL, effettua la registrazione della targa. Inoltre per esigenze personali ci è stata data la disponibilità a prolungare l'orario di checkout di un'ora.
