The shower in our room had very little shower pressure when trying to turn the temp up

Wir haben das Motel für 1 Nacht als Unterbrechung einer langen Route gewählt, von daher ist die Lage gut.

Leider ist bereits der Check-in Prozess mühsam. Obwohl die Nacht im voraus komplett bezahlt war, wurde eine Kaution über NZD 100.00 verlangt. Diese Info wurde am Tag der Anreise mitgeteilt und verlangt, dass man sich telefonisch meldet und die Kreditkarten-Daten angibt. Dies haben wir nicht getan in der Annahme, dass dies vor Ort geregelt werden kann. Was nicht mitgeteilt wird ist die Tatsache, dass niemand vor Ort ist, somit trotzdem telefoniert werden muss um die Zugangsdaten zum Grundstück sowie zum Zimmer zu erhalten. Das Zimmer (Unit 5) ist sehr veraltet, in einem schlechten Zustand, nicht sauber geputzt (Spinnweben) und riecht muffig. Wir hatten uns auf den eigenen Hot Water Tub gefreut, aber auch dieser lud absolut nicht zum Gebrauch ein. Fazit: Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht mehr wählen!

"Will not be staying there again"

It was across the road from spending the day at Parakai

It was out dated had a musty smell in the room. Beds were hard and wifi was terrible Contacted 2 times from owner about card details which I’ve never experienced when using booking.com and we’ve stayed at many places over the years

Sängen var okej. Eget spa bad var varmt.

Ofräscht, luktade i rummet. Gammal rökdoft och mögelgift i badrummet. Incheckning var en mardröm pga ingen personal. Vi fick inte incheckning via e-post som försvårade allt när det inte fanns en människa att lösa detta.

Location, comfy bedroom wth ensuite - very nice & convenient accomodation. I got a late checkout for $20 extra Kitchen facilities are great! Staff let me use the spa pool! Thanks!!

I booked room C on the website and was put in room B because C wasnt cleaned yet - i checked in at 3.30pm. There is a bird stuck in the wall between room b & c - it was fluttering around the whole time during my stay. Poor birdie. Wifi was extremely slow. Switched to my hotspotl
