Central enough and tidy

NO private or indoor shower, despite what is advertised. Also the Wifi doesn’t work.

Uncomfortable bed Very tired rooms, stains on the carpets, lots of marks on the walls, dead bugs all over the window sills. It's definitely not worth $195 a night!!

They chained the entrance door to the house that our room was in so was unable to enter without having to wake another person by yelling to unlatch the chain Disappointed to say the least.

Ummm the linen on the beds was clean. They did apologise about the various issues and gave us a small discount

1 We paid in full a week before we arrived, only to find they then wanted $100 extra (as a bond) before they would pass on the gate code and room lock box code. Im very uncomfortable with a system that won't let you into your room after it's been fully paid. 2 The reason we choose this motel was the thermal spa in each room. We found it to be unusable due to a pump malfunction. This was not explained before arrival. And not able to be repaired. 3 The wee court yard by our spa pool had grass up to my knees and unsafe cobble stones that moved when walking on them. Hence we didn't use this area. Very dated motel. I'm surprised it is on the Booking.com site

Clean, kitchenette, private geothermal tub, was able to call the office through Whatsapp

Bed was not comfortable, checking in was difficult because no one was at the location, had to call.

Good Value for money accommodation. Room safe and comfortable

We had breakfast in the house kitchen. We could not get over the cobwebs on the front window (and other places).

Nice quite location, clean and tidy. Spa pool was a great way to relax after a long day exploring auckland. Plenty of towels left for us to use. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, room was warm and easy to cool down/heat up.

Single beds were very very hard and uncomfortable, 2 out of the 3 people sleeping in them ended up sleeping on couches.

It was across from Kaipataki springs as we had planned to go there

We didn’t get to go to the springs which is why we booked the room because the room was dirty and had insects which resulted in my son and I getting white tail bites during the night . Ontop of burning smells while using power points and dirty rooms.
