Spas in every room was misleading

Tidy room, good location to the public thermal pools (which you'll need if you're in a villa room) and shops.

The sign out front and the website say a private mineral pool in each room, but there was not one in my room, making it way less value for money than I had expected. When I asked the staff about it (via text message as there wasn't anyone actually on site) they called me annoyed that I was expecting a pool, demanding I send them my booking to see where it said there would be a pool, and telling me that I couldn't use the main pool in the villa because it was booked, but wouldn't tell me how I could book it myself for later, and then told a twisty tale about it only being bookable if you booked the whole villa (the whole villa was not booked as I was in it so how did the others book?). I just wanted them to live up to their sign out front (photo attached) and let me enjoy a hot pool after hours of driving. I went to the hot pools across the road which were basic but lovely.

Except the hot pool.. nothing

The place was dirty, stains on the sheets, the bed was really uncomfortable i went to sleep on the couch because of that… dishes were not clean and in the toilet there were alot of spiders

Very convenient for the very relaxing hot springs just across the road.

No outdoor table to eat outside at night in studio 2A.
