Clean and nice

The only thing bad about this place is when we came back around 9:30 PM, the original code to get into the door doesn’t work! We call all the numbers from the host and nobody answer the phone. Booking.com customer service call the same host phone numbers, and emailed them, but no luck! After 2 1/2 hours later, my smart friend finally get the local driver to find the host who called us back to solve the problem! I cannot imagine if we just wait for Booking.com We will be lockout for the whole night and totally messed up our remaining Italy vacation trip!

Cordialità, disponibilità e cura dei dettagli. Pulizia impeccabile, stanza come da foto, spaziosa e confortevole a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale di Sorrento. Consigliatissima.

Stayed two nights. It's reasonably cheap and central. *Shower is a bit old and clunky and mostly not working. *Lots of plastic used for toiletries *Water on first day not on second. In the same way the mini snacks (fette biscottate) on First day bit second *As VIP guest, you get a bottle of wine (rather common perk). What was unusual was to get a 175ml bottle (the ones you get on a plane) rather than a normal sized bottle * Very poor sound proofing, so if the other guests are noisy, you'll hear everything *On the Saturday, we got awaken by the cleaner who arrived in the flat and yelled on the phone for over 15 minutes. Really annoying.

The person in charge was great.

Super limpio, bien decorado, comodo, tal cual las fotos, lugar seguro, camas comodas, un agradable lugar para alojar. Volvería sin duda!!

The area was safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store, the bakery and all the shops and restaurants. There was also a laundromat near by. Our room was cleaned every day and we received fresh towels. The train and bus station was 15 minutes away.

Room was clean and easy to walk to local shopping, dining, and excursion meeting points.
