This was our 4th stay at the hotel and we love the location being so close to the heart of Paso. The staff are very nice but the hotel is showing some age and needs to be continuously updated. Still no USB connections in the rooms and some furniture is looking tired. The buffet breakfast is pretty good and the use of the wine lockers is great. Now they have free valet parking that is an improvement. The rooftop bar is excellent but we witnessed careless food handling by two staff members and better education is needed.

Nicely designed hotel and very attentive staff. They serve an upscale continental breakfast in the morning, but I found the egg bites were not heated sufficiently by the lamps provided and many items were not restocked quickly enough for everyone to be able to enjoy them.

My 2nd stay and won’t be the last!! I checked in with my small dog and was very warmly greeted. They had a pet gift for her, gave us a 1st floor room with sliding glass door right next to the lobby. The breakfast was an elevated continental and the entire staff was wonderful and very friendly. The decor is great with a small chandelier and an exposed brick wall behind the rod iron bed.
