The beach was near. It's a pool downstairs so didn't have to go far to swim which was a plus as my children love the pool.

Check in was a hassle. We did not receive clear instructions for check in but I did call and was able to get help.The code I received to gate didn't work, was able to get the correct code later on. The description is misleading it's not two bedroom its a bedroom with a loft. The unit is on the 3th floor with no elevator that would've been nice to know. Had to buy passes even though I did not receive any so that was a waste.

I was actually moved to a different property I was disappointed initially but the other property was good

We enjoyed our stay here! The location to the beach, property amenities and area attractions was perfect. The unit itself was a bit older, but every worked as it should and the size was great for our party of 5.The property complex was huge with 3 pools, hot tub & sporting activities. The complex was experiencing construction to update roads, but did not effect our stay.

The condo was ok, smelled like cigarette, tv rooms didn't work.. worst part

I regret to say that I cannot, in good conscience, give our recent stay at this condo a favorable review. There were several issues that significantly impacted our experience and deserve to be addressed. To begin with, we were not informed ahead of time that there was ongoing construction at the resort. This created challenges accessing the beach and navigating the area. I noticed that other listings within the resort disclosed this to prospective guests, and I believe we should have been given the same courtesy. Upon arrival, we discovered that there was no internet access. While I understand that the resort is responsible for providing this service, other units had functioning connections. The issue with our unit was resolved by a technician on Monday, June 16th, in under five minutes, which suggests this could have been checked and resolved proactively by your management team prior to our stay. The following day, Tuesday, June 17th, the water was shut off for four hours between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Again, there was no prior notification. In addition, we were surprised to find no basic supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, or trash bags. These are standard provisions at most condos, and having to purchase them ourselves was both inconvenient and disappointing—especially when flying in and expecting fundamental amenities to be available. Essential items like an iron and hair dryer were also missing, which is uncommon in our experience with similar accommodations. Furthermore, I had to pay out of pocket to replace the propane tank for the grill and was expected to leave the full tank behind for future guests. In my view, this property would benefit greatly from a thorough reevaluation of its offerings and management practices. I believe some form of compensation would be appropriate under the circumstances.

When we first pulled in, the road to our condo was tore all to pieces i was worried we would have to hear construction but thankfully they didnt this week. The condo was okay could've been cleaner. The outdoor furniture was old and broken. One chair was fixed at the bottom with pvc pipe. The kitchen was super small. Had to spend extra money for wrist bands for pool and other amenities at resort also charged extra $25 for parking pass. Things i did like they furnished 2 bicycles that we used to ride to the beach that was within walking distance that was nice.

My family had a blast, we were so sad to leave. I loved the family feel environment.

It felt like home.

The beds was extremely stiff couldn’t get comfortable because they was so hard. And the sun beaming in Needs curtains

Shower and toilet had mold! I was unable to take my kids a bath for three days. I reported the issue the first day I arrived and was told the property manager will look at it, they came and seen the mold and said they would replace the shower head, never came back.. they would not switch my unit. The pm finally came and switched it the day before we left. We could not even enjoy the vacation because of this. We dreaded going back to the unit, as the mold caused my daughter to have flare ups due to severe allergy and asthma!
