AC Hotel by Marriott® Santiago Cenco Costanera

Excellent central location, right next to shopping mall and within walking distance of many restaurants. Property is modern with spacious rooms and clean. Limited facilities on property - consider it just toon and board. We didn’t have breakfast there. Has a nice patio / roof top lounge which seemed nice. Subway is about 5 minute walk.

Generally okay, clean rooms and good location for sightseeing. We arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet so I checked in and they said to just pick up the key later in the day. Cool, no problem. But when I came back that evening they had no idea what was going on and couldn't find my key or any record of my stay for several long minutes. Then my room was directly above the rooftop bar, when I called the front desk to ask them to turn the music down at 1030pm so I could sleep they laughed and said the bar was open until midnight. I had prearranged with the front desk a taxi for the next morning, it never showed. So again, decent place but not so helpful staff.

O hotel tem uma decoração incrível, com checkin e checkout super rápidos. A passagem no 5o andar para o shopping é algo super útil e pratico… além de ter o Rooftop La Luna que além de ter a vista mais incrível, tem um cardápio delicioso.

Sensacional, espetacular . Luxo , conforto tudo do melhor atendimento que já recebi . Localização perfeita e o melhor é que tem acesso ao melhor shopping por dentro do hotel , lojas e praças de alimentação, e para quem estava com criança foi muito importante . Tem um bar no terraço a noite maravilhoso . Sem dúvidas , a melhor escolha . E peguem com café da manhã pois é bom demais .
