"Nie wieder !"

Frühstück & Sauna sind okay, auch sehr ruhig durch die Baustelle an der S-Bahn, die Anfahrt ist ein wenig Tricky.

Das Hotel ist nicht in der Lage eine Korrekte Rechnung zu stellen, das ist mir über Booking noch nie passiert. Ich kann diese Rechnung nicht über die Firma abrechnen. Es ist mir auch total egal wer dafür verantwortlich ist. ICH BIN ES NICHT ! Ich mache einen Bogen um dieses Hotel, ich finde es unverantwortlich sein Problem auf den Kunden abzuwälzen! Ein Absolute NO GO !

"Schönes Hotel, ideal für einen Kurzurlaub"

Modernes Hotel, 24h Rezeption, Zimmer war für einen Kurzaufenthalt vollkommen okay. Die Fenster hatten Verdunklungsvorhänge und Aussenjalousien. Es war ein Smart TV vorhanden. Parkplätze gibt es in ausreichender Anzahl auf dem Gelände. Diverse Restaurants/Imbisse/Cafes sind in fussläufiger Nähe in Köln Dellbrück, sowie Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Frühstück erreicht man über einen kurzen Gang im Nebengebäude („Bistro“).

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption heißen einen nicht wirklich willkommen. Arbeiten lustlos, man hat das Gefühl man stört, wenn man was fragt. Die Frühstückssituation fand ich am schlimmsten...
