Very close to the sea (like 5 min walk), very nice newly build beach (really, a lot of work went into its construcion). Peaceful area. Mind that beaches in Split are mostly stones and gravel, as is the one closest to the appartment. Also it is several kilometers from the city centere - nice if you like peace, not so if you're there for the night life. Also the gate in the "fence" was fun, we coulnd't stop joking about it. Konoba Dalmatino is a great place to eat, well worth the walk. Also there is a path that cuts a third of the way, you just have to look for it (easy to spot from the Konoba's door, not so from below).

Not much infrastructure there - very few shops or restaurants (Konoba Dalmatino being a fortunate exemption). This will probably improve when all the construction work in the area is finally finished.

Walk to Split was reasonable in terms of time. View not as described.

Area nearby was under construction - give it a year or so and will be fabulous.

Apartment is spacious and located on the ground floor in the building. Kitchen is equiped with all needed amenities. High speed internet with cable TV works perfect. It is equipperd with 2 air conditioners, one for kitchen-dining-living room and another for both rooms and corridor. Parking space is in the garage, entrance is a bit narrow. Fortunately, we stayed during winter when free parking places exist in front of the building and landlord allowed us to use them. Thank you a lot! 2 grocery stores are 10 min walking distance, supermarket is 5 minutes driving.

Sofa from living room is a bit worn out, chair in the bedroom should be fixed or replaced. Some wall plugs don't work altough all fuses are OK.

+ It is a completely new building. Everything in the apartment is almost brand new. + The hostess is very nice and helpful. + Two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with single bed, and one sleep sofa. + There is also one big Balcon. + Very close to the beach (but unfortunately, at the moment, the complete beach is under construction)

- The countertop in the kitchen is a bit small comparing to the size of the apartment. - Really need good technique to park in the underground garage. But as alternative, we can park on the drive way in front of the build during day time. - For a brand-new building, there are couple of flaws, which is unbelievable. But I would rather blame the construction company of the building, instead the hostess herself always provides alternatives. There are two power outlets not working (one in Kitchen, one in bedroom). We have to switch using microwave and coffee machine. As well as the heater in bathroom is not working. But of course, the hostess provided another heater for us.

Everything was perfect . Apartment was super clean , right near a beach , host was lovely . There were four of us so we all took turns in calling an Uber into town which cost about 6/7 euros and was very easy to do .

The only negative I would say but this is just personal preference … the double bed is two singles pushed together and they come apart very easily which means I would wake up from falling i between the crack.. but everything was great .

This is a good apartment in a good location. It takes 45 minutes to walk to town but 10 minutes by car. Good deck area and comfortable beds. We had very good communication with the manager who was very helpful with a couple of issues.

Very lovely host Ivana. Was available whenever we needed her. Beautiful spacious apartment on great location. 5 min to the Žnjan beach. Supermarket near by.
