The hotel was in a nice and quiet location, just a short walk to the city center, water ways and shopping

Hallways were narrow, but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again!

Lidt klaustrofobisk, svært at finde rundt i de smalle gange. En følelse af, at der måske ikke er sikkert ved brand.

Amazing location

We booked a large room, but the windows faced the hotel’s interior courtyard — meaning there were essentially no windows. It was absolutely impossible to breathe. The ventilation was weak. We asked to change rooms, and they moved us to a smaller one, but at least it had windows. So please note, when you’re booking a room there, make sure it definitely has windows. Also, the people at reception were quite unfriendly. They never greeted us, there always seemed to be a queue, and we felt they could have been friendlier. There’s no bottled water in the room, but it flows perfectly well from the tap.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

De kamer was 's nachts erg warm. De radiator kon je niet zelf regelen.

Location was good. Room was comfortable and clean.

The room was tiny and had no natural light. Bathroom also super small.

Most of the staff were kind and very friendly! I want to especially call out the manager (I think she was the manager on duty that evening) who did not hesitate to move us to an upgraded room when our AC was giving us trouble. She was very accommodating and very understanding of our situation since my mom suffers from night sweats. Also wanted to highlight our experience with one of the bartenders. Again, I did not get his name but he’s got dark curly hair and I think a Scottish accent, but he was so so nice and always helpful and cheerful when I would come down every day, sometimes twice a day, to get our water bottles filled with ice. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a prime location. I looked forward to our return every day because when we would walk into the lobby, we’d just be hit with the most amazing scent. I’m not a hotel loyalist, but the Skt. Annæ just made me one and when I return to Copenhagen, I will be staying here again!
