Appartement was modern, but funny system of 1.No Air-conditioning in Bedroom 2.Guests have to climb up 35 to 40 steps with bags and luggage. 3.Guests have to bring there Garbage, empty plastic water bottles to depot some 600 meters away. 4.No change of Bedsheet, Toeels,Napkins etc.No in-between cleaning of Appartement. 5.Appartment complex in middle of Town Square, so till morning 3 ,4 AM you people public chatting ,talking loudly, COULD NOT SLEEP WITH OPEN WINDOWS, WITH CLOSED WINDOWS UNBEARABLE TO SLEEP IN STUFFY MUGGY ROOM WITHOUT AIR-CONDITIONING. 6.NEVER EVER AGAIN. 7.In Description tricky explanation saying Air-conditioning..but not mentioned its only in Small Lounge,Living room with Kitchen. 8.Felt cheated and ripped off. 9. Would not pay more then € 30 per day for such Appartement. Booking.com should get us Refund.

Location

Location was excellent right in the centre of Gran Tarajal adjacent to shops and the beach. Gran Tarajal is a very Spanish town with little tourist directed attaractions which suited us fine but wouldn't be for everyone.

The local contact supplied photos of the property which were frankly confusing. The photo showing the entrance was of the correct building but a considerable distance from the actual entrance.

The location of this is apartment is really good. ‘40 minutes from the airport, 1 minutes from the ocean, and you can find Hiperdino, Eurospar and 24h shops also in some hundred meters. The size of the apartment is perfect for a family (we were 3 with a 6 yrs old girl), the bads are comfortable, the apartment was well cleaned. The communication and the chech in/check out was simple and fast.

IF it could be a little more equipment in the kitchen, it would be great but it is just a small advice, we can do everything what we want finally.

Centrally located in Gran Tarajal within walking distance of the beach & restaurants & supermarkets. Property (2B) was spacious & light with a view of the beach. Additional outside space for sunbathing on the shared solarium. No parking with the property but plenty available for free in the immediate vicinity. Plenty of hot water whenever required & good shower. There was a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher & washing machine

The only little niggle was lack of kitchen equipment - no sharp knife, no plug or washing up bowl & no oven gloves & no basic cooking ingredients eg salt, pepper, oil, spices, sugar,coffee, tea etc
