Location was reasonable, right on beach.

Pillows were black with mould, bedding was damp, no hot water, no safe in room, no transport available, no food or drinking water available at venue. Staff were very loud ALL night as they slept in room next to us.

There’s a strong mold smell inside because of wooden everything. It shocks the nose once you enter the room but soon you become used to it and stop noticing it (until you go out again) - meaning it didn’t break my sleep or bother me all the time. Also, there’s a second level and floor/ceiling is wooden as well, all steps from above are very disturbing in the bottom.

I reserved this room for two nights, since I get there I found that there’s lots of ants on my bed. First, I had a conversation with the hotel staff, I want them to clean the bed and they did it. However after they cleaned the bed there’s still ants in my bed, so I told the hotel staff I cannot sleep on that bed with so many ants. I’d like to cancel this reservation for free. But he told me it is not possible. Then he told me the hotel manager could transfer us to another hotel not far away, but I thought it’s too troublesome. Anyway until we agree to stay at this hotel they cleaned up the bed and I did not see any ants in it. However, at the evening when we need to sleep there were several ants got on top of me. I felt so bad at this hotel, and the toilet smelled bad too. But I have to say the view is so good, we fully enjoyed the view.

Bathroom needed some maintenance. Toilet wobbled and toilet water leaked towards the shower. Advised staff who didn't seem to care

The location was very bad the entrance too small no facilities are available the wifi poor connection the suite not comfortable small and sometimes feel it’s dangerous ,the reception not friendly seems to noxious.

Liked the location which was literally on the beach and proximate to a lot of restaurants and beach clubs. The room looked nice and the bed was comfy. There's a bar & restaurant just beside the hotel. You could also rent a scooter from them.

We had a room on the ground floor and we could hear the conversation and footsteps from upstairs. It's bothersome when you are trying to sleep. They only provided one pillow each plus a cushion that smelled like it hadn't been washed. The room had a musty smell. The bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a while. Hated the bathroom. Although it looked clean, earthworms would come out from the tile grout when you took a shower, and the toilet bowl was unstable. It would shift from left to right when you are sitting on it haha. Staff could do a bit more training. Although they are very nice and friendly, communication is not good.
