This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a tourist. A complete rip off! I paid almost $400 for 2 rooms for one night and what I got was a totally regretting experience. Right from the check in (the shady sign board and the reception ), it was an utter disappointment ! We booked the premium suites which were triangular in nature and look mesmerizing in the photographs posted on the website. When we went in the toilet seats were broken, the wash basin was soiled, the room lacked basic amenities ! We could hear the activities from the adjoining room. The worst was the breakfast- prepared in a dungeon kitchen, some scrambled eggs, orange juice made of powder in the name of fresh juice etc. Totally forgettable experience! Please do not go by the fake reviews, you will feel cheated! In fact I feel the entire Nusa Penida island is a rip off and people are there only to extract money from you. The saving grace was the sunrise and sunset!

Location, location, location

Wasn’t comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had some black mold. It’s just getting old, needs updating. It’s right on the water so I think that’s why it had a musty smell. Could have used a nicer blanket.

Location was great, rooms are clean but noisy from other guests. We stayed in the downstairs terrace room, could hear nearly everything that was being said from our neighbours! But it’s worth it as you’re literally on the beach. Pretty basic amenities but pretty much all you need.

The location is not far to the harbor and the price was cheaper for a waterfront than other accommodations in the area. We walked to the harbor along the shore in about 20-30 minutes at a leisurely pace. The best part of the stay was the view from the balcony. We had a great view of the shore and when the clouds parted, the volcano. Taxis drive by if you walk a few properties down and offer to drive you. There is not a store or mini mart close to the property so you will want to bring any snacks or extra drinks with you. There is a mini fridge and kettle. (Mambo down the street had a cafe with a great breakfast and the same views as this property). The property seems to have built new in an up and coming area. Some buildings near it are under renovation. It looks pretty trashy from the street (and if you brought rolling suitcases will have to roll them through trash and the renovation), but inside the room was clean and the shower was pleasant. There are not many amenities for the property itself and the staff was either new or ill trained. If you are only staying a night or 2 while touring the island this would probably meet your needs. If you are planning to hang out and stay on property longer I would recommend paying more for another. Not bad but I would send friends and family elsewhere.

The staff at the facility are great, we loved chatting to Yogi. Unfortunately the administration staff in the office are unreliable and do not answer their phones.

Beautiful property, really cozy room, nice TV with Netflix. Bathroom was clean and in good condition. Fridge and kettle to make coffee, free water refill. Location is perfect and pretty beach! A few restaurants at walking distance.
