Balconcino sugli Ulivi

Die Vermieterin ist eine besonders herzliche und freundliche Person. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit einem großen Balkon. Das Frühstück wurde liebevoll zubereitet und man konnte sich auch ansonsten selbst Kaffee in der Küche machen. Man kann auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Unterkunft ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt.

Es war alles perfekt.

La bellezza del posto, la pulizia ed il fatto che sia una struttura nuova. C'è anche la lavatrice, ottimo!

Our hostess was wonderful. A gluten free breakfast was provided that was the best I have had in Italy. Rosaria bakes a magnificent cake each day.. a different cake each day. Nice room and warm welcome.

Situato in una posizione ottimale vicina al centro storico ma molto silenziosa . Colazione eccellente , con brioche freschissime e dolci preparati da Rosaria. Complessivamente Perfetto

Very charming property in the heart of the city. Little away from the city center making it peaceful. Rosaria and her husband were more than welcoming with me given I was travelling solo. They went out of the way to make everything comfortable for me , they even dropped me to Modica in their car when the bus dint turn up ( blame the notorious bus system of Italy) One of the highlights was the sumptuous breakfast and the local cake baked by Rosaria was cherry on the cake :) It was raining in Noto so I loved staying at the B&B. Forever greatful to have stumbled upon this B&B.

A little far from the city center if you have to walk alone at night though the city is very very safe.

In particolare mi è piaciuta Rosaria e la sua famiglia, sempre cordiali e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta, che abitano al piano inferiore della struttura di accoglienza. Il B&B si trova in una posizione comodissima per poter lasciare la macchina in struttura e raggiungere a piedi il centro di Noto (dai 10 minuti ai 25 minuti per raggiungere il punto più vicino e più lontano del centro, con andatura da lombardi!), le camere vengono pulite giornalmente, per la doccia sempre a disposizione acqua calda in quantità sufficiente per tutti (e questo non è comunque scontato), colazione composta da croissant fresco, acquistato ogni mattina dal marito di Rosaria per ogni ospite, e almeno una torta fatta in casa dalla padrona di casa ogni giorno, oltre a cereali, succhi, pane...insomma, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole, senza alcuno stress

Pani domáca je veľmi príjemná pani. V ubytovaní sme sa cítili ako doma. Všetko je čisté, pripravené pre hostí. Parkovanie na veľkej súkromnej ploche je za uzamykatelnou bránou, čo je veľmi dobré. Všetkým doporučujeme toto ubytovanie.

Molto accogliente, ottima colazione all’italiana con dolci fatti in casa e cornetti di pasticceria. Stanza comoda e pulita.
