Comfort Suites Eufaula North

The room and bathroom both needed a good cleaning ! The toilet bowl had a ring around the waters edge. The floors were littered with tiny bits of trash and needed to be vacuumed desperately. I had asked for a handicapped accessible room with a walk-in shower. But upon entering my room, I found a had a tub with a shower. I was advised by the front desk that my request could not be met.

Separate space

Handicapped room wasn't really accessible. Room was not clean ! I advised the front desk but nothing was done about it. We definitely will not be returning !

The property was centrally located and quiet. The staff was sweet.

When we got into the room it smelled like an indoor pool locker room. There were towels under the ac unit cause it was leaking. The room looked banged up and you could tell where they repainted over spots cause it didn’t quite natch. There was always condensation on all our stuff. In the bathroom we found a used bar of soap in the shower. On first glance the room looked nice and clean but as we kept looking we kept seeing issues.

Staff members were kind with check in and check out, the facility was clean and the room was nice
