The staff was very nice friendly and helpful.

TV controller didn't work. Refrigerator didn't work. Your beds don't move don't do anything they're hard as a rock and they're very very distracting. To try to get a good night's sleep. And your breakfast were very lacking for everything for a quality inn there wasn't much quality to it.

"Rooms smelled of cigarettes. Bedding had stains all over it."

Absolutely nothing. Other than it was close to TIJ airport.

Rooms smelled of cigarettes. Bedding had stains all over it. When we notified office, she stated we can go to front desk and pick some linen and change it ourselves.

It’s a good location to where I need to go

The area is really dirty lots of homeless and trash around the area but not on the property
