Location was better. Breakfast and food is also nice.

Lot of waste being dumped backside of the hotel which was directly visible from my room and it is really unpleasant also it is very unhygenic. My room was not cleaned for 2 days.

The location of the hotel was strategic as it is located near to the commercial areas including DB shopping mall. The front desk staffs were friendly, warmth, hospitable and helpful especially Sudirapth, Ritun and Rahul. The staffs at the restaurant were also fast in serving the needs of the customers. The food served at the restaurant in the hotel was delicious.

The functionality of the TV remote should be checked before the next customer check-in as it took considerable efforts to ON the TV by using the remote. The cleanliness of the room though in general acceptable but needs further improvement.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is good. Food is extremely costly. Rooms are fabulous. Welcome drink was not served. Staff is good and caring. Overall satisfying experience.

Food could have been cheaper. Cost wise they should be more customer friendly. Charges are bit on the higher side. This is a costly hotel. Still I would give it four stars.

"Superb"

The hotel is clean and well furnished. Comfortable rooms and bedding. Staff is very helpful and prompt. The front desk (Sudipta) and the housekeeping team ensured that all of our needs were met. We requested a room near the lift and a late check out - both needs were well.taken care of. The coffeeshop has very good food options with a varied spread in the breakfast and evening buffets. Icing on the cake was the talented live musician who performed throughout the day on Sunday.

The hotel is located in a business area so the surrounding area can get a bit noisy.
