Clean and being remodeled

Stay was great and restful. Comcast cable tv stalled a lot. I’d change providers.

Even though it’s partly under construction, it was clean and quiet.

It was clean.

The location was great and free parking is always a plus! The nightly cost was decent too

The front desk lady that checked me in was extremely miserable in her mannerisms and certainly was not happy to be working that night. I had put a special request for extra blankets and pillows when booking made. I called am of check in the make sure they were available as checking in later. Told at check in they were in room (which they weren’t) i was tired after a long shift at work bringing in luggage around what looked like vomit outside front door to the right (informed desk clerk who said she’d have someone clean it in am 😥) she then handed me a pillow and blanket (less than requested) for me to carry thru hotel myself 😥. Water temp from shower not that hot. Hotel on last night was extremely noisey late night noises from doors slamming and people running up hallways. Then to start back at 5.30am woke me up then 7.30am re-woke me up. 😥 the walls are very thin I now know why ear plugs were at bedside. I’m still waiting for my hotel receipt in my email which I requested at time of check out. I now need to call tomorrow to request it again. 😥 I attempted to have a cup of coffee and opened a creamer to use it was bad (dried and green) totally put me off wanting to risk more or eat any breakfast. Over all not impressed 😥

Hotel in piena ristrutturazione con polvere ovunque, attaccato alla stazione ferroviaria con il treno che passava ogni mezz’ora dalle 4 di notte tenendoci svegli, la struttura era situata in quartiere poco raccomandabile, sconsigliamo di uscire a piedi la sera

Super nice people, my mom enjoyed the breakfast. The beds are comfortable. Close to restraunts & parks. Even though they are still under construction we had no problems.

My mom uses a electric wheel chair standard room are hard for her maneuver around so I would suggest asking for a handicap room. Especially if you have more medical equipment.
