Staff nice. Good ac. Safe. Bed comfortable. Quiet. Clean. Has elevator.

Slippery tub floor. Needs a non slip Mat for safety. Furnishings dated and old. Need softer pillow option. Fake scrambled eggs. Need more fruit options than bananas for breakfast. Need plant based milk. Sloped curb at other exits for luggage cart or rolling luggage. Coffee awful. Need better coffee at breakfast and lobby. Make up mirror magnify would be nice and hand held shower in showers.
