I just like the staff, very informative.

The bed was so noisy, the location too, the train always passed by. And wall is really thin.

The upgrades are very nice! The location is central and easy to find. The staff are wonderful, each and every one:)

The shower head was wonky and needs repair

The staff was outstanding, all were very courteous and professional. The breakfast attendant ( I did not get her name) :( was especially personable and very helpful. She keeps all foods vey well stocked and fresh. She also keeps the area spotless! The location is perfect for those that are there to spend time in the historic district and those that want to see the Winter Wonderland. It was an awesome accomodation!

Location was great, right downtown close to restaurants and stores. The town center park just a couple of blocks away, where they have a Winter Wonderland event happening with Ice Skating and a small carnival experience. The hotel is very clean, they are still doing some renovation, but I did not experience any noise or inconvenience. My room was a handicap accessible room on the ground floor which is what I requested. Everything in the room was very new and clean. I could park out in front of the hotel on the street.

While everything was pretty new as far as the furniture, shower, bed, floors, I found it functionally inferior. In the room, there is only 1 chair to sit in, and it is a desk chair on wheels. The floor is a hard surface so the chair moves around quite easily, but makes it dangerous if your not careful. If there is 2 people in the room, someone has to sit on the edge of the bed, or lay down on it. The heating and air-conditioning unit is a little loud, but worked well. The bathroom was large, roomy but lacked an adequate place to put your sundry items, very small vanity. The shower was nice and wheelchair accessible, but the floor got pretty wet. The breakfast room was nice, new, comfortable chairs. The breakfast itself was the typical continental type as expected, except I could not find cold drinking water in the eating area.

- Not enough blankets on the bed - Housekeeping showed up and opened the door without knocking at 8:30 because they thought we were already checked out (we weren't) - Breakfast was out of coffee - Side door was locked during daylight hours and I spilled coffee on myself trying to open it
