The bed was very comfortable.

Prices were increased outrageously for the Tennis Tournament. Way too high. I was also given an ADA room with a shower that was difficult to use. I don't recall agreeing to that and I didn't request it.

"Great stay. Right next to the freeway entrance."

Arrived early and the front office staff was so friendly and helpful. We were able to check in to our room, luggage and all. Perfect timing, as we were headed back for our second day of the Indian Wells Tennis event. I would mention the lady who assisted us, but I didn't get her name. The room was spacious with a seating area and small fridge.

Everything was great and as expected. The only thing that we didn't realize was that the hotel is a single building with one elevator, right in front of the registration desk. We unloaded our luggage thinking we would stow it behind the desk until check in. Once we heard we could check in right then, we took everything back to the car and drove around the hotel. Then back to right where we started. We felt a little stupid. I'll blame it on the heat. Anyway, it all turned out good.

"Hotel suites were spacious and clean, but the vicinity of the hotel was chaotic."

Large rooms with high ceilings, equipped with microwave, refrigerator, seating area couch, and a desk. I just wish there was more central lighting instead of multiple low wattage lamps.

Location was busy with multiple businesses in the vicinity beside a freeway on-ramp. There was also overgrown vegetation in some areas.
