Everything was perfect, exactly what we needed after a day in the city. Tranquil, gorgeous, easily accessible and lovely hosts

Lovely hosts and lovely home! Our room (the studio) had a small kitchenette and on-suite bath. The room was modern, very clean and quiet. One awakens to the birds gently chirping and singing in the morning! The bed was cozy and comfortable. There are towel warmers and heated floors in the bathroom. One can use either the tub, rain shower head or personal shower wand for bathing. A heated and lighted mirror add a nice touch to the bathroom, with a built in shelf area that can accommodate all of your toiletries. Our hosts were warm, welcoming and very helpful in finding a late evening place to dine for our adult group of four (we had two rooms). Morning pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit and Nespresso coffee are another nice touch. The location is convenient to the Eskbank train station, 4 stops from the Edinburgh Waverly train station. We left our rental car on site (parking is free) and took the train into Edinburgh each day. The round trip fare was a bit more than L6 each person. We would be pleased to stay here again!

This beautiful home is set in tranquil grounds on the banks of a river. The room we stayed in was wonderful. The location is fabulous, offering train, bus or car access to Edinburgh, whilst stay well away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by quaint villages with excellent food options. Including the Justinlee Pub, which is 5 min walk up the road. I would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Beautiful spot, close to our event venue (Restoration Yard), in beautiful grounds.

Great location (for us - we were within walking distance of our granddaughter who had just been born!). Lovely countryside around (the house is next to a river)

A full Scottish breakfast with black pudding, haggis 'n 'neeps would be nice - but wait, there's a coffee shop within easy walking distance... you'll appreciate the Constitutional!!

A family home in an absolutely beautiful location. rentable annexes which were very well equipped and very cozy. all mod cons and very new/clean bathroom/facilities. suited our needs perfectly as family we were visiting lived very nearby. would hhighly recommend.

Lovely rooms in a beautiful property and grounds, so comfortable and a gorgeous bathroom! Had a wonderful stay exploring Edinburgh and the local area.
