The hotel is in bad shape. And there was illegal drug usage all around the premises.

Good price. Great location. Very friendly staff.

Pool could of been cleaner, alot of dirt build up. Room was a little dirty. Need update. Bed linen was stained. Ice bucket had something nasty in it. Freezer had someone else's ice cream in it. Bathroom door didn't close. Shower wall has water stains(scum), no drain plug. Looks like it hasn't been swept. Half plugs in didn't work. We been coming here for 3 years. No change. It's still a great place. Housekeeping needs a little more work. And yes we still plan on vacationing here in 2026. Would recommend on putting in a self serve laundry matt would be awesome and maybe orange juice for breakfast or more fresh fruit besides apples. Staff beyond friendly and the sweetest. The coffee and waffles are amazing.

Could’ve saved money by getting the same quality at a cheaper hotel. Sign out front says “Newly Renovated”… not sure what exactly got renovated because the first room I was given was disgusting! The room wreaked like medicinal smoke, the drain in the bathtub had 2+ inches of nasty silicone around it, the bathroom door was broken (looked like someone kicked the door in), garbage behind the nightstand table and worst of all, the carpet was so disgusting that it turned my feet black on the bottom. I went to the front desk and the guy gave me another room, no questions asked, which was in better condition than the first but wasn’t great. In the second room, the bathroom door was similar to the first except it wouldn’t shut without slamming it, the vent fan in the ceiling was falling down and the door to the room didn’t seal when shut… which made it so you could hear the traffic/construction out on the street. I will be returning to that city in a few weeks, but I will NOT be staying at this hotel ever again.

Shower and TV worked.

Room dirty. Microwave dirty. Ac noisy and moist. Plugs by bed did not work. Refrigerator freezer section iced over no door. Holes in curtains. Mold on outside f door. Staff taking food while we were having breakfast. Items stolen from my luggage while we were gone. Terrible experience. Never again
