Top Lage, super sauber und sehr schöne Einrichtung. Das einzig schade war, dass das Frühstück nicht früher serviert werden konnte. 8:30-10:00 ist schon relativ spät, denn gerade bei der Hitze wäre es gut, wenn man früher schon los könnte. Aber ansonsten waren wir Mega zufrieden, Gastgeber war zwar nicht persönlich vor Ort, aber die Kommunikation und auch der Check In online verliefen ohne Probleme.

View was not as expected.yes you could see the sea It wasn’t a problem, but it’s not what we were led to believe. we had a key to the front gate but the key never worked so constantly had to wait for somebody to answer the doorbell and the property itself was the wrong side of a dual carriageway and it was very awkward to cross as the traffic is very manic and unforgiving of people on foot. There was no information on either Palermo or the local area recommending restaurants or places to go and no information about anything and no one to ask. The patio door had cracked glass that wasn’t mentioned so I took a picture on arrival. it’s run more like an Airbnb.

Die Kommunikation bezüglich Anreise und Abreise war hervorragend. Das Zimmer und das B&B war insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten einen eigenen Balkon und dann gab es einen Außenbreich für alle Gäste mit Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Im Zimmer gab es einen Fernseher mit vielen Kanälen und das WiFi funktionierte einwandfrei. Kleine Kosmetikartikel lagen hygienisch verpackt für uns bereit (Seifestücke, Duschgel und Duschhauben).

Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es: den kleineren Handtüchern hat man angesehen dass sie schon etwas abgenutzt waren. Sie sollten aussortiert werden. Zudem war unser Duschkopf (wohl durch einen Fall) nicht mehr intakt und es spritzte Wasser unkontrolliert in alle Richtungen. Das hätte die Reinigungskraft beim vorbreiten der Zimmer merken müssen und es hätte entsprechend etwas getan werden können.

The property is not a hotel and does not have a reception desk, concierge, tour desk or on-site staff. It operates as a small group of rooms within a private residential apartment building, with assistance provided remotely when required. The balcony and views featured in the listing are from a shared common area rather than a private guest balcony. Future guests should understand that this is a remotely managed accommodation within a residential building rather than a traditional hotel-style property.

La habitación es espaciosa y el baño también, había sitio debajo de la casa para poder aparcar el coche y el desayuno estaba rico.

Agradecería que hubiera persianas en la habitación, el precio un poco elevado.
