Room is dirty and the floor is dirty looks under constructions and the smell is really bad

I forgot my backpack with medication and empty purse inside they open on people working in hotel and he no give to the from desk until we see the camera

Mike was the best he was so helpful and made the stay incredible

I didn’t like how many kids I seen running around but

Outside, trash all over the parking lot. Someone sleeping in the stairwell. Didn’t feel safe at all

We did not stay at this hotel. There were addicts hanging in the lobby and around the front of the hotel. We did not feel safe, nor felt safe leaving our car.

The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel however I will say that the only thing I would’ve changed was the lock being broken in my room 212 . But other than that the staff were helpful and my stay was relaxing .

Quiet and comfortable 😌 The manager Mike did everything to help with inconvenience due to booking.com For the inconvenience not sending payment to property is unexceptable. I was not the only customer who had the same issue. Red Roof wasn't the problem you all were!!!! The room was clean.

How booking.com prolonged my payment for hours after payment was received. when my stay was booked.

My stay continues to be perfect Mike at the front desk is great and very accommodating the staff is so amazing and polite and housekeeping always make sure I have what I need it’s such a pleasure staying here and my room was big and spacious nice safe place very accommodating thanks

Mike made my check in easy is always a pleasure and staff is great room was clean and had clean towels and rags I really enjoyed my stay
