Comfort Suites Woodstock - Atlanta North

Convienent to the highway, well lit parking. Staff was immediately available upon our arrival and we checked in easily. Room was very clean and looked to be newly remodeled. Bed slept great and check out the next day was just as easy as check in. Would stay again.

Probably needs upgrading sometime in the future.

This hotel had good reviews, but didnt work for us. When we arrived the staff didnt even greet us (I know it was late...). We asked for the room to be cleared the 2nd day and they were hesitant, thankfully they did after insisting. Bathroom had a small area of visible mold but the entire room smelled like it had "humidity" first thought it was because the AC was off but the smell continued. On the good side the room was very spacious and breakfast was included.

I like the location and the breakfast. The rooms are nice but could use some updating.

I've stayed here several times in the last few months visiting family. 3 weeks ago the lady at the desk overnight was extremely rude, I wanna say she's the manager. The wifi passwords wouldn't work and when asked we were told they couldn't help. Then this time we pulled out the side bead to find dirty sheets and potato chips bags under the couch bed. Hair was all over the shower mat. The same ride lady was there so I didn't even bother to complain. I won't be staying there again but next door at a different hotel next time. Such a shame as I really wanted to find a nice place to stay regularly.

The room was not clean . There were stains on the carpet… tears in the furniture. The bed was not even or comfortable.

Very comfi big bed, spacious room, nice and quiet.

I was in two rooms during my stay, and both appeared to have not been hoovered (clothing tag plastic, and hair on the floor in both rooms), and when I cleaned a spill from the lino floor the towel was brown. Long-term dirt on the bathroom skirting board, hair in the sink and on the floor. The couch was tired and looked dirty - I didn't want to sit on it. All the decor was out dated and felt tired. Plastic utensils and paper plates/bowls at breakfast, no cooked vegan option (no reply to my message prior to arrival asking about it either). I called reception two days in a row about not getting hot water in the shower and asked if I might be doing something wrong. They moved my room the first time and the second time they came to test the water in my room and I worked out what I was doing wrong. Staff hit and miss, one quite rude - she told me she'd just arrived and needed 5 minutes when I approached the counter.

Quiet and clean
