Comfort Inn & Suites South

The staff were friendly at all times of the day and evening. Complimentary (basic) breakfast was good, pool looked fun, gym looked well equipped. We had a large group and needed to meet as a group a few times and we used the comfy area of the lobby. It was a great hotel. Also, there is a tons of necessities in the area (restaurants, liquor store, dollar store, pharmacy, activities). If I ever need to come back to Calgary, I will stay here again. 😀

Great location, breakfast food was good

The waterslide pool was pretty small and it was only open until 9pm. The breakfast room was incredibly small and with people trying to even get food and get out it was a big challenge. My mattress was broken and the springs were protruding on the one side but closer to the middle therefore the metal springs dug Into my hips.

The room, amenities, and breakfast. Good supply of shampoos. Big TV, quiet at night. Felt secure and safe. Staff were friendly and kind. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.

The room carpet was not cleaned or vacuumed. The fan by the window had old dried bread in it. The thermostat was not in great working condition. The coffee machine water filter was filled with debris. Pool and hot tub were not heated to temperature on Thursday evening. There was a hole in the wall from the door. Good location but traffic is really dense. Room table and chairs are dated and doesn't fit the room.

Beds were soft & comfy. Location was good.

We found shards of glass on the floor in our room, which I often stood on. Having plastic cups/goblets at least, in the room would have been nice for our wine.
