"Good"

Very middle of the road average stay. Glad it was just one night, the beds were not comfortable, the breakfast left much to be desired. Pretty noisy on the second floor with people above us. The dinner nearby downtown was decent and there was lots to do around fruita in terms of outdoor activities.

We had two towels and no bedding for the couch and the couch mattress was very uncomfortable

"Nice place"

Comfortable beds. The room was a little small. If you bring a dog, we discovered a dog park across the street. That was a bonus perk. Breakfast was what you would expect. Overall we would stay there again.

You get a clean room, clean bathroom with extras, great bed, and a breakfast. All that for a great price. If you want more than this go pay more somewhere else. This hotel is a great value, bottom line.
