El desayuno estuvo muy bueno😀

Las instalaciones, al salir de mi cuarto había una gotera y el piso mojado aunque pusieron un balde en la gotera.

I have arthritis, so upon a request they changed my room from second floor to first, as it's hard for me to do steps. No elevator. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. With the change, I was in a handycap room, I enjoyed being able to sit and shower using a hand held show.

When I entered there was no one at the desk, I used the restroom and had to call for the clerk, I could see she was sleeping back in a corner. When I asked where the pool was, the reply was, "It's closed for inspection." This was the main reason I booked this facility. Went for breakfast at 6am the dinning area was dark, nothing was started. Rang the front desk bell and the girl finally came and started prep at 6:15. Work men had to leave for work without breakfast and I got a late start on my trip. NO apology for being late. And I still had to pay full price for my room.

Beds were comfy room was clean

Pool was closed due to the health department violation, they still allowed people to swim. Even though posted sign says “do not enter due to health risk”

The room is outdated and needs some renovations on the furniture. However, the bed was comfortable and I slept so good and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. I was also really dissappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed due to them being unsafe to occupy, whatever that means.

Terrible hotel!! First room we were given smelled of disinfectant and when we turned on the AC to help there were what appeared to be rodent droppings in the vents. The front desk reluctantly gave us another room that also smelled strongly of food. Beds were awful. Property is old and does not have an elevator. Do yourself a favor -spend more and get a better room somewhere else. This was at best a $50 hotel not $165!!
