"My go-to hotel whenever traveling through Toronto Airport."

Great proximity to the Toronto Airport (around 5 min away), free shuttle, a decent free breakfast, WiFi reliable, rooms available with stocked kitchenette and spacious for party of 1-2 travelers. Our room had a side switch on the sink for filtered water. Hotel is eco-friendly. I didn't make much use of the pool / gym but they're available.

Parking is not included in the room fee and is $30 extra per night.

"A clean, quiet, and convenient hotel with friendly staff and an excellent location near the airport."

I had a pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent, right across from the airport. Since I didn't have any luggage, it was only about a 5 minute walk from the terminal. The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean and quiet. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.

There were only a couple of small things that could be improved. The sink drain in my room was a bit slow, which was a small inconvenience. The breakfast was okay, but the selection was a bit limited.

"Excellent from beginning to end"

The front desk staff were really pleasant, upbeat, and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite free of charge. Also the shuttle service is exceptional.
