The location was good. The apartment was clean and had everything required

Bombarded with excessively worded emails prior to arrival. All in Spanish which makes it hard for non Spanish tourists like ourselves. The online check-in procedure was overly complex The property was difficult to find. When we eventually arrived at the property, the external gate opening code did not match the instructions given. We got through this gate as a local person opened it and advised the actual code. We were advised that the apartment door code would be sent to us. This was never received. For over 2 hours we scrolled through the screeds of information sent as well as trying to message Rental Seville for the door code to no avail. If it wasn't for another local person who knew how to get into the apartment, we would still be sitting outside. Communication with Rental Seville was appalling. Inside the the apartment, the microwave oven turntable was making a screeching noise

10minutes to get phone call answered then 47 minutes on the phone before getting access to apartment. Very stressful

the apartment number should be added to instructions. just the agents sticker on door buzzers was not easy to understand.

Good location, close to Cathedral, and Alcazar. Spacious, and quiet

Directions were poor, very hard to find. Shabby and not very well equipped. No kettle, toaster, or tea towels, although these are mentioned in the listing . Despite frequent requests to management to supply same, they never arrived. We were told to check the cupboards FOUR TIMES. They were definitely NOT there. Also, the door code didn't work, air con not working, broken/missing lightbulbs, fridge light broken, ironing board cover wrecked, bed tool small, airer broken, no washing machine instructions, the shower was antiquated, and the whole apartment felt uncared for. Needs a makeover. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Convenient Good value for money

It took 3 hours between arrival by car at the nearest satnav location and getting into the flat. It would have been much easier if there had been detailed location (we were only given the street name, no number and no indication of what part of the street. The property is number 2 off a little square at the junction of Zamora and San Clemente. However, the telephone contact staff and the cleaner were all very supportive and helpful.

Very unorganized staff, parking somewhere else not as indicated - the host called us at 10pm to go look for another parking spot. Check in was very complicated and ended up loosing approx. 2h
