Comfort Inn Dyersville Near the Field of Dreams

It was nice and quiet, the hot tub was great

This is second time that we have stayed at the Comfort Inn while close in the area. As you walk in the hotel the first thing you notice is how clean and welcoming it is. We were checked in quickly. The hotel is 2 floors with an inside elevator. Our room was very clean with 2 queen beds, a lounge chair with ottoman, desk and TV. The shower & toilet are separate from sink allowing us to have multiple people getting ready. There was a closet, in room coffee and tea and toiletries available to us. Our beds were very comfortable and we all had a great night sleep. There is a free breakfast which was scrambled eggs, bacon with all the usual hotel breakfast items. My prepackaged rolls were a little stale but a quick warm up took care of that. Small breakfast room BUT there is table seating just outside the area. There was a hot tub and pool that we did not use. Very easy to get to, adequate parking and no outside noise. Prices were very good. We will stay here again when in the area.

This facility was very clean, which we noticed straight away, a warm welcome and a great range offered for breakfast. It was a good location for our visit to the field of dreams and a short drive to local restaurants in the local area. I would definitely recommend this for a stop off

Staff was very friendly!!!!

There was a car freshener in our lap, a dead fly stuck to the lampshade, a sunflower seed in my bed which made me question the washing of the linens and there was a wet towel in the shower!

Everything went very well.

Location was good and property was clean and had been updated recently. Overall it was what we expected based on stays at similar hotels over the years. Staff was efficient at arrival, breakfast and departure.

Noise from the adjacent rooms was higher than expected. Neighbor on one side was coughing while I was out of the room and my wife thought it was me. Plumbing noise from the room on the other side was very loud.
