"Staying in comfort inn without feeling comfortable"

Staff didn’t provided a good hospitality When I entered I told instructed by the bell boy to pick my own shoes he said he will not bring it for me Than no body accompanied me to show my room I have to find it on my own While asking the staff for places to have lunch He was very rude in giving directions
