Comfort Inn & Suites near Tinley Park Amphitheater

Convenient for Tinley Park Concerts. Only down fall is they won’t check u in until 2:40 at the earliest! Parking lot was empty and lobby attendant still said rooms aren’t ready until 2:40 at earliest, come back later didn’t offer us a place to park and to check our bags. He just sat at a table in the lobby on his cell phone turning reservation customers away!

Great stay

It was conveniently located. The room was clean and quiet.

The toilet needed a plunger so my boyfriend went to the front and got one....took care of it. When asked for a late checkout, the staff member was adamant that the manager said no late check outs. I know the cleaning staff cant clean ALL the rooms at once so surprised by this. The kind lady that checked us in said just ask. They have been short staffed so maybe that's it.

The staff are very friendly and professional especially The person with the name ‘Megan’….She is so cheerful, a great listener and ready to help!

Overall, my experience was good, but the reason why I am leaving a two star review is because I changed my booking to a bigger room and they did not refund me for the small one bedroom that I previously had. So despite me using a bigger room and not even touching the room that I had before I still had to pay for the first room.
