Great location right off interstate. Great breakfast

Just wish pool was open a little later.

They charged me a 250.00 smokers fee when there was never any smoking in my room. Said the cleaning lady told them to charge me so they just did regardless because she said so. No tobacco of any form was even taken into my room. Was left in the vehicle outside. Wouldn't even consider that she may have been wrong.

The sheers need replacing as do the curtains. The sheers in our room were in tatters. The curtains could not be moved far enough for privacy. We checked in and left for dinner upon returning watched someone drive a motorcycle into the lobby. My sister went to shower. No hot water. We tried to shower again in the morning. Still no hot water. Commented at check out the clerk was unconcerned shrugging his shoulders and said he had no other complaints. On our week long trip this was the worst hotel we stayed at. Should have paid more and stayed in Springfield.

The staff were super friendly and the room was as to be expected

The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast but at the same time for the price it wasn't awful

It was easy to find

Over $200 for 2 nights. When we checked in we walked in and the room smelled like cigarettes. I told the front desk desk she said she would deal with it while we were gone for a few hours. I came back the AC was on and the smell was better not gone but better. This morning we woke up and ate breakfast, went back to the room and it smelled like mold/mildew. We again told the front desk and said they would look into it. We came back nearly 10 hours later the room was the same with a smell so strong I was physically ill. They moved us to another room Which smells better still not good The tv doesn’t work and the toilet is on its last leg.
