I liked that they had a heated pool.

The jacuzzi tub in our room, didn't really work as well as it should have. And there was a rusted nail holding something inside the tub itself. The door to our room looked as if it had been kicked in recently, it actually didn't even shut properly. It would have been easy for someone to break in if they wanted too. The key cards didn't work well, it took 20 tries to open the door. Customer service could have also been better, not the friendliest staff.

"1st time in Richmond"

Staff was friendly and helpful after the 1st night let down of not having a room we tought we booked was not. They got the room cleaned as quickly as possible and it was left a message by the previous quest.

Room was outdated, spa tub was not working properly. Room door looked like it had been kicked in before. Also breakfast not as advertised

"I'll never use booking.com again. Didnt even get the room and contacting booking.com is impossible."

The hotel didnt have my reservation. They tried to contact Booking.com but were never able to reach a real person.

I didnt like that the hotel couldnt find my reservation. Booking.com still charged my card but I didnt even get the room.
