The dirtiest hotel I ever stayed.

Location.

Hotel was dirty…torn upholstery, stains on carpets and curtains, dirty shower/tub. Complained about loud music and talking at pool (by our room) about 10:30 (pool closed at 10). Complained again at 1:30 and 2:00. Instead of shutting party down at pool, they moved us rooms. At 2:00 am. On top of it, AC quit working during night. Staff were apologetic and said they would refund us some $$$ but still nothing. Awful experience all around.

This hotel is in dire need of a makeover! The carpet throughout the hotel was just nasty and a terrible stench, from the lobby to the hallways, and rooms. Even the luggage carts were terribly stained! Once we got in the room, the couch was so stained we refused to sit one it. The bedding on the beds look like the had been changed. It was a terrible experience!

The property is old and worn. The carpet needs replacing, as does furniture in public areas. Room and bath were good

Service was okay. Key card didn’t work had to get them reset. Night staff didn’t say anything to me when I went to the desk. Just reset my key and gave it back to me.

If I could give negative stars I would! This hotel needs to be shut down and reopened with new management, new staff and an entire upgrade to rooms. I love comfort but this location is SAD. Front desk ladies stood outside all day and night talking to friends and/or people. Room was not great and when we asked for towels we’re told no clean towels or linens on the property due to understaffed. Pool was so dirty you couldn’t see your feet and smelt awful. We literally had to hand the desk help our room keys OUTSIDE to check out of our room because she was talking outside. Do not recommend until they have it together.
