If the hotel is going to require a Refundable Room Damage Deposit at Check In, this should be communicated at the time the room is booked and not at the time the guest is checking in.

It was comfortable and I love the hot breakfast.

I'm a reward member they didn't offer me free blottes of water like they did the customer a head of me they were reward member too they got free water I did not.

"Won’t stay again. "

The hotel was old. Behind the nightstand was splattered dirt(?) on the wall. The room had been sprayed down with deodorizing spray just before we walked in. But when it wore off , it was musty smelling. The one bed was lumpy and old. No microwave. Bathtub shower safety bar was bent, the tub needs non slip stickers.
