Quality Inn El Reno

Indoor pool is nonexistent. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows were terrible. Staff was great, but could only do so much. Breakfast consisted of toast, yogurt. Finally brought out eggs and sausage. Breakfast area was dirty. Shame on a hotel with the Wyndham name

ONE towel in the bathroom. Had to wait around for desk coverage. Noisy heat unit.

Lock on top of door missing

I always read reviews before booking some place and I must say, I was very surprised that it was mostly positive ones. This was not my experience.The only positive I could find-the price.Moral of the story is that you get what you paid for. For starters,after being on the road after 9 long hours, I wasn't expecting to walk into the hotel and find no one at the front desk. Had to wait approximately 15 minutes before they showed up. They were off doing some other task, which I find not acceptable at prime time (6 pm). Got to the room and it didn't get any better.The linens were thread bare. The room furniture was extremely worn and scratched. No plugs near the light stand of the bed to plug in my phone.The light on the stand was missing a bulb and the clock radio couldn't be plugged in because of the already mentioned lack of plugs. The shower had hair in it(not mine). The toilet paper and tissues were sandpaper rough. The breakfast was scant and they were only putting out 2-3 of the items, after someone took something. Won't be back and do not recommend.

Comfortable quiet room. Some major pet stains on carpet otherwise an acceptable room. There is a table with 2 chairs which is great for dining in.

The reason I picked this location was for the advertisement of the indoor pool. Talked to management about the pool being closed and management said it had been closed for a few months and Hotel. Com was notified about the pool being closed. Had the website listed the pool was closed I would open chosen a different location. Other than that the stay was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The door to the rear parking lot is very hard to open. Breakfast was okay although it could have used boiled eggs too.

Clean, friendly

Staff was great. Initial room smelled heavily of smoke. We were moved to another room without question or hassle. Rooms are large, beds comfortable. A C works well. Easy access to freeway, our room was quiet. Property is older and showing signs of fatigue, (caulking cracked around sink, scratches on door and furniture.) Room was clean and second room had no odors. Breakfast was reheat to go foods, nothing special. Staff was the best part of hotel stay. Pleasant and accommodating.
