"It was a horrible experience."

Hello, I need urgent assistance with a serious issue. I booked a King Suite at Comfort Inn & Suites Albany (confirmation # 6230405539) on July 24, 2025. When I arrived, the hotel claimed they never received my reservation, were sold out, and refused to help me. I had to secure last-minute lodging of lower quality at a much higher cost, despite having a valid Booking.com confirmation and call logs showing I contacted the property before my stay. This was extremely stressful, especially as I had my grandson and dog with me. A hotel staff member even admitted this has happened to other Booking.com guests before. I am requesting a complimentary 2-night weekend stay (Hilton or Marriott preferred) or equivalent Booking.com travel credit, plus reimbursement for the additional costs I incurred. Please escalate this matter immediately. I’ve am requesting your urgent support. Thank you,

The elevator was broken one day and on another day construction workers took the whole back parking lot and I was lucky to find a parking spot in the back
