Room was nice and clean. Staff was very polite and friendly.

Luggage carts were difficult to find. Ice on carpet when entering room. TV did not work. Needed to be fixed. Clock difficult to set time. Needed to disconnect so it stopped buzzing. Desk chair broken. Was replaced. Noise from somewhere kept us awake all night. No breakfast observed being served in lobby. Told upon checking in breakfast was served from 6 to 10. No one at front desk for a receipt upon check-out. No bell to call anyone to help. Room keys just thrown on counter.

Convenient for us to travel back and forth to the college granddaughter goes to Pitt in the whole atmosphere at the hotel is just fine couldn't ask for anything else.
