Wonderful, flexible and helpful staff!

The only issue was that the elevator was down the whole stay. This can happen, but if you have a disability that requires the elevator, be sure to book a first floor room. Not an issue for us, but I was concerned for those travelers!

It was very clean, and it smelled so good as soon as i walked into the building. The mattress was so comfortable including the pillows and blanket.
