The price point is too expensive for the hotel to be this outdated. The staff was phenomenal and so nice and that's part of the reason for my higher scores plus the location is perfect 👌 Bit the facilities need upgrading and updating...so much! I would give it a perfect 10 if that was done.

The outdated facilities..the pools looked unkempt as well. Just do something to make the place not look like a motel 6. It was once a phenomenal place to stay Update and polish it please 🙏🏾

"Enjoyed our visit, we will stay again in the future but any level below current accommodation and we would prefer to pay"

Location is exceptionally convenient to all things and just 5 minutes from the beach.

Recent change in ownership? New beds aren’t comfortable and we noted several areas needing repair during our visit. Overall 7 out of 10, clean, affordable and excellent location.

Location

Very worn out and ripped couch and disgusting headboard.Spoke with management and all they said was sorry. I showed them pictures of the condition of the furniture in the room and stated that it was unacceptable, no reply.
