Location was fine , the lobby is totally deceiving!

The elevator that was " working " is awful. Plywood floor with holes in it , and filthy. The other elevator was out of service. The cable was slapping against the wall! When we arrived @ our 6th floor room , the key card wouldn't work. Back down on that awful elevator ,to find no one @ the front desk. Wait , wait , wait some more. The room : sink was plugged with dirty , disgusting water , the lock was broken on the door and the floor hadn't been mopped or vacuumed in ? They wouldn't refund our money so we stayed that night , but left first thing in the morning! We had paid for another night but, the very rude person on the desk was no help . We deserve a refund !! I recommend you take this property off your site immediately.

The location was great

First the keys took about 10 or 11 times to even work! The hallways were a mess. The elevator to the room send it like it was going to crash never mind sharing it with what looked to be a prostitute. The very first thing we saw was a cockroach in the shower! I didn’t even wanna bring my bags in the room.It was New Year’s Eve so I didn’t really have a choice. Thank God I only lived 30 minutes away and did not have to shower there and just wet my hair did my makeup and left. When I got back to the room I was created by more cockroaches coming out of my partner’s boot! Basically I slept watching the sunrise and left I will never ever recommend or stay there again!

No heat on a freezing night 57° in penthouse, moved to a room with just 2 beds, 3 people, sink clogged up, no water flow in shower and coffee pot not working

I only liked the location. The building needs to be condemned immediately.

Floors dirty, wash towels had no scent of cleanliness, building very very old and scary. Roaches were in my room.

Very clean. Staff was super friendly. Great location

There were nooooo USB ports in the room :-/
